Objectives of KNEH Catholic Radio

To build authentic Catholic community in the Helena area
To unite Catholics around the truth of our mission as Church
To develop deeper prayer life and foster spiritual development through the Word of God
To develop greater awareness and understanding of the teachings and tradition of the Catholic Church, especially in light of Vatican II and the New Evangelization
To inspire our youth to follow Jesus and become active participants in the Church
To reach out to the suffering and hopeless with the light of Christ
To seek out those in our local community who are gifted in ministry and provide them an avenue to share their gifts through radio
To develop greater awareness of social injustice and encourage responsible action to stand with and for the oppressed, exploited, and powerless
To encourage greater openness to and understanding of the gifts of the Holy Spirit and the Sacraments
To grow in appreciation of the Eucharist as “the source and summit of the Christian faith.”
To address the need for growth and wholeness in the Christian life, especially with regards to emotional, spiritual, psychological and physical healing
To share the Good News with those who do not profess the Christian faith
To foster sound ecumenical development in the Helena area with the goal of understanding, unity and love
To encourage all to answer the call of Christ and humbly surrender to the will of the Father
To broadcast local Masses and proclamations by the Bishop of Helena
To serve the needs of our local parishes
